How this works.

Fixed scope, plain pricing. You'll know exactly what you're getting before we start.

Every project starts with a written scope: what's included, what isn't, and the dates. Anything added later gets its own price before I touch it.

Half up front, half at handover. Retainers are billed monthly and you can stop with 30 days' notice. Unused hours roll 1 month, not forever.

You own everything at the end: the site, the accounts, the automations, the documentation. No licensing, no hostage hosting, no monthly fee to keep your own website.

2 rounds of revisions are built into every project. More than that is fine, just billed hourly at $150.

Digital downloads are non-refundable, since you get the file immediately. If something is broken or not what was described, email me and I'll fix it or refund it.

I work with a small number of clients at a time, so timelines are real dates, not guesses. If something slips on my end you'll hear it from me first.
